1. Orders and Shipping

A: We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships!

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship only within India. Stay tuned—we're working on expanding to other countries soon!

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We charge a flat ₹99 shipping fee per order. Enjoy free shipping on orders over ₹2,000!

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

2. Returns and Exchanges

A: We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Final sale, personalized, or heavily discounted items are not eligible for return.
